Mademoiselle Candle Cup uses the shipping services offered by the company BOXTAL (including several carriers such as Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Happy poste ...)
The average delivery time depends on each carrier:
- 2 to 3 working days in metropolitan France by colissimo
- 5 to 6 working days in metropolitan France in a relay point
- 4 to 15 working days depending on the destination for Europe and the rest of the world.
La Pelote Parisienne is not responsible for the delays of the transporters of goods.
In accordance with the Chatel law, your order will be dispatched within a maximum of 30 working days from receipt of payment.
The company Mademoiselle Candle Cup undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. In case of unavailability of the product after placing your order, Mademoiselle Candle Cup undertakes to inform the user and to indicate the waiting period for receipt of this product .
The user's account will be debited with the total amount of the order when the order is placed. In the event of products being sold out or unavailable, the user's account will be credited with the amount of the products not sent if he/she paid by card or he/she will receive a cheque if he/she paid by cheque.
The products remain the sole property of Mademoiselle Candle Cup until full payment is received by Mademoiselle Candle Cup.
Mademoiselle Candle Cup will ship the order to the name and address registered in the "delivery address" field. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address.
The seller reserves the right to split deliveries.

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation. The price of the order is payable in cash at the time of the order.
Secure payment is made by Visa and Master Card or via Paypal.
It is possible to pay by cheque made out to Mademoiselle Candle Cup and sent to us by post.
In the case of payment by cheque, the goods will be sent as soon as the bank confirms that the cheque has been cashed.

The customer may not avail himself of the conventional guarantee if the defect results from :
- normal wear and tear of the article and/or its parts and/or accessories,
- abnormal use and/or improper handling
- lack of maintenance
- force majeure
ARTICLE 9. Guarantee concerning the Site
Mademoiselle Candle Cup does not guarantee:
- that the functions contained in the mademoisellecandlecup. com e-commerce site and any content or other material contained therein will at all times be available, uninterrupted or error-free,
- that any defects or errors will be corrected immediately,
- that the site or its server will at all times be free of viruses or other components that may cause damage.

The request for withdrawal must be made in writing and the goods returned in their original, unused packaging. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
We undertake to exchange the goods or to refund you, provided that the goods are neither used nor damaged and that they are returned to us in their original packaging, together with the order, to the address of the registered office (mentioned above).
ARTICLE 12: Force majeure
The performance of the seller's obligations hereunder shall be suspended in the event of the occurrence of an act of God or force majeure. The seller shall notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
